I like that this recipe balances the flavors just right. I prefer cranberries instead of raisins because the kids like it better. Iv'e tried other recipes and they all seemed to lack something. this filled in the gaps and made the perfect salad.""

The hardest part of frying foods is the crust. It has come to my attention that it is very difficult to find a good crust recipe with that in mind. My challenge to the Food Network is to discover a real gem in this area. This recipe definatly lacks in the taste buds. The tarter sauce is a 5 in my book and it took a ton of it to make the crust taste...

The only thing I liked was the potential of a great salad dressing. This recipe lacks sofistication and is not worthy of the iron chef. It needs something more to get the taste to come out and wake you up.
