Reviewed Turkey Vegetable Soup with Stuffing Dumplings

"I've always loved leftover Thanksgiving soup and this is a good recipe. Add a lot of salt and pepper to give it a great flavor at the end. Also, I tried something different...add some dried cranberries to the stuffing mixture and spoon onto a baking sheet. Bake at 400C until golden brown and a little crispy. Then, top each bowl of soup with a couple of these upon serving. I think it adds a little sweetness and texture to an otherwise sort of bland soup. I also added some cream and heated through (do not boil after adding cream).

Reviewed Fried Brussels Sprouts with Walnuts and Capers

"I've made this recipe several times and I LOVE it everytime! This is one of my favorite recipes EVER! I make these for parties, holidays, or just for a big bowl of sprouts for a dinner for one when my husband is working. I tried deep frying the first time I tried this recipe, but thought it made the dish too greasy and I've been roasting them ever since. They are every bit as delicious roasted!
