Reviewed Corn on the Cob Cake
"This is an excellent idea, however, I feel it would be more appropriate on Instructables.com than Food Network, as it's not really a recipe rather a decoration idea.
I took it a step further and made a pumpkin roll cake, from the back of the label of Libby's canned pumpkin. I used sour cream/cream cheese frosting to add a little tanginess to offset all the sweet. The girlfriends family, including her 7 younger siblings loved it for thanksgiving last year, and I am bringing the same thing this year!
