Reviewed Cheesy Beer Fondue

This is delicious. However, 4 cups of cheddar was too much. I got to 3.5 cups, and it was getting too thick. I've made a lot of other cheese fondue recipes to know if I put in anymore cheese, it was going to get too thick and perhaps congeal. I think 3 cups would be perfect. Next time, I'll use 3 cups.
