Reviewed Rockin' Roast Pork Shoulder with Spanish Rice
"The Pork Shoulder came out great.I have a spanish house keeper that was questioning me making that sauce and putting in on it;but once made everything turned out perfect. The only thing I could not find (even in spanish outlets) was pigon peas. I used green peas instead and it worked good. I did find Pigon Peas on line and could order them...but not worth it."
