"Fantastic! Creamy, crunchy, scrumptious! As with tomato and basil, chicken and tarragon are lovers!! Make sure to use REAL mayo, none of that diet garbage here. Our family prefers dark meat on a roasted bird so I used this recipe a lot for the left over breast. :)"
