“Wow, what a soup!
Now I normally don't follow the letter of the law to a T, so naturally I added a few things that weren't in the ingredients.
1. I used 3 tbsp's of oil instead of 4 (4 seemed a bit too much)
2. I added celery and frozen peas
3. I used only 2 leeks instead of 3, but it was definitely enough
