"1 TIP: I soak my turkey in a 5gal bucket & put it in the garage covered because it's cold enough in my area to do that.
This was the ABSOLUTELY hands down THE BEST TURKEY I have ever made&ate. It is FABULOUS I can't say enough about how good it is by share what My in-laws said, they don't like white meat because they said it's always dry. They were so surprised & could not get over how MOIST&TASTY my turkey was! Now everyone wants the white meat & I have been put in charge of making the Turkey every year! I have used this recipe for the last 3yrs& I will never use another! Everyone that has had my turkey wants the recipe&raves about how good it is! Thank you for a great recipe :)
