Reviewed Oatmeal-Flax Chocolate Chip Cookies
"These are great. I tweaked the recipe a lot though to make it healthier. Instead of regular flour i used whole wheat, changed the sugars to 1/2 cup ea and added 1/2 c honey, increased the flax and oatmeal to about 125% and used coconut oil instead of butter. Added more cinnamon and added ginger and nutmeg. These are amazing, even my super picky hu"
Reviewed Buttermilk Pound Cake
"This cake is great. I don't have a foodscale and looked up the estimated the measurements according the amounts noted (3 cups cake flour and 2 cups sugar). I also used some old milk instead of buttermilk and added a splash of Myers Dark rum to add to the nutty taste. I will be making this again this weekend when we have company over
