Reviewed Braised Lamb Shanks
"Ms. Anne you knocked it out of the ball park! Easy to follow instructions, simple ingredients and fall off the bone goodness! Watch your TV shows often and love your easy, delicious receipes. The covering of foil was confusing, but using a dutch oven we had the lid. Browning the meat and the veggies were key -- what flavor! Plus we got 3 meals off your receipe -- you rock! We are forwarding it to many of our friends!"
Enjoy the Food Network's receipes (many I have tried and loved); we have a small organic garden which we get many of our fresh produce. We hope others try to grow their own as much as they can do due to food prices increasing around the world. We try to buy what is in seasonal rather than purchase from outside California. Ann B. rocks and so does her lamb shank and polenta dinner WOW!
