This dish smelled amazing while cooking and was very tasty. However I didn't have any cayenne so I omitted it and it was still very spicy with the serrano chile. I normally like spicy but this was very spicy to me. Perhaps I used too large a piece of ginger but I still thought it would be mild without the cayenne. It was very good but may substitute...
