Reviewed Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
"First off, I hate deviled eggs. But these changed my mind! They were a big hit at dinner party and looked very elegant. The smoked salmon is perfect in this recipe. One suggestion: use half the salt at first. Some smoked salmon that you buy at grocery stores is extremely salty. You can always add some salt later, but you can't take it out!
"Amazing!! The flavors from the herbs fit very well with the turkey breast. The gravy is also spot-on. My only criticism is that it takes longer than the given time to prep and cook. ""
"This was delicious! I've had similar dishes in my local restaurants, but this was way better. I love the addition of Parmigiano, it gives it a nice nutty flavor. The one thing I changed was instead of making my own pasta, I used wonton wrappers. It worked out even better! Looking forward to making this dish for Thanksgiving. Bravo, Emeril!""
