My Activity

Reviewed Smashed Potatoes and Broccoli

"It needed more milk, broccoli, cream, and butter. Besides that, it wasn't bad.""

Sep 7, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

Reviewed Spiked Milkshakes

"My kids absolutely loved these milkshakes. I made them for my son's 5th birthday party and everyone had the BEST TIME! We will make them again next year. The only complaint was the next day, a few parents called and said their children had headaches. I think it may have been from the coffee beans... you know how 5-year-olds are with caffeine!"

Reviewed Fiber One Waffles

"Seriously? What the heck? This is not a recipe!"

Jun 24, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

Reviewed Root Beer Floats

"This was the MOST COMPLEX recipe for a root beer float that I have ever seen! I like them short, simple, and to the point - just like Dark Chocolate as a Snack!"

Reviewed Toasted Burger Buns

"Man... I never realized that you had to turn ON the grill first. That's why I've failed so miserably at toasting buns on the grill."

Reviewed Nutella and Toast

"There are not enough directions. How exactly do you slice bread? What do you use? I always buy pre-sliced bread. Is that OK? Will I get into trouble if I use sliced bread? Also, how do you MAKE toast in the oven? I tried this once. I set the oven to 400 degrees and put the bread in for 45 minutes. I felt that my toast was a bit too "toasty." "

Reviewed Lemon Sorbet

"I'm not a fan of this recipe... it is far too complicated for me. You see... I live 150 miles away from the nearest grocery store, but I have lemons growing in my backyard in California. Is there a way that I can take those lemons and make them into sorbet? Could I just juice them and put them in the freezer? PLEASE HELP!"

Reviewed Angel Food Cake with Berries and Whipped Cream

"Personally, I prefer the simpler recipes like "Dark Chocolate as a Snack." This is just too complicated. Next time, I'm just going to buy the angel food cake and eat it with some canned whipped cream. That will be MUCH easier."
