About Me
The kitchen is my happy place. I enjoy spending time with my children (2 grown), my grandchildren (2), and my husband (1 since 1979). I also enjoy reading, gardening, photography, and travel.
Favorite Foods
I love to cook (and eat) my version of the Macaroni Grill's Skinny Chicken. I really get the most satisfaction from dishes that have layers of flavors and are made with ingredients that are lean, fresh, colorful, and packed with nutrients. Our favorite restaurant in Charlotte is Miro's Spanish Grille because we can enjoy their delicious meats, seafood, and vegetables tapas style without spending a fortune.
