"wow! just wanted to say thank you so so so much cmiller wow i knew something was wrong. first i want to say the soup was delicious and amazing anyway, however when i first made this i used the 1tbsp flour because i thought the 1/4 cup flour was a typo, didn't mess up the taste but obviously the lack of flour prevented it from being even greater, h""

About Me

my passion for cooking started when i began learning about the horrors of factory farming. i realized the only way to "fight" this was to cook my own meals using certified humane meat from family farms I trusted (screw Horizon dairy who doesn't give their cows the pasture required of them) . . It has definitely been a long road seeing as how some of the organic farms even lie to us and screw us over big-time . . *cough* Horizon dairy *cough* . .

As a man I feel I am responsible for the health of myself and for providing quality food for my family (my parents and sister, I do not have kids or a partner) .    Really into organic as well, however my main priority is sourcing humane animal products, that being meat and dairy.

Favorite Foods

all home-made of course: deep-dish pizza, all kinds of pasta (as long as it's topped with real parmigiano-reggiano and pecorino-romano it's a winner in my book), pork chops, fried chicken, barbeque chicken (tyler florence's the BEST!), anything deep fried, leafy greens, pork and beef stock, fruits (blackberries and watermelon my favorite), sausage gravy with biscuits, Ina's outrageous brownies, organic non-gmo canola and soybean oil for cooking :) love the neutral taste
