"It was amazing!! I did not alternated the flour mixture, and the buttermilk; so the cake was a little thick for me. Next time I will alternate for sure. Everyone needs to make this chocoflan! The flan is soooo creamy, and just so decadent! Love you Marcela!
I've been cooking every since I was 4. I used to put a little stool in front of the stove, and make homemade tortillas the old way. You know! grinding the corn (nixtamal) thru a (molino) where the masa came out grainy. Then I would get another stepping stool, and grind the masa some more with a Metate (grinding stone) and make the tortillas by hand. You know? like clapping your hands. Love food in general. I don't discriminate at all. Food is my true passion. I have found thru the years that I gravitate towards baking more, than cooking. But guess what?? I do both!! Love this new personalization that the foodnetwork has on here. I'm honoring Bobby Flay w/ this pic of the chiles.
