"Good basic recipe. I did change it a bit. I used leeks instead of garlic as the leeks are milder which I prefer. I used lime juice and I added fresh parsley. Very Good. "

Reviewed Collard Greens

"Just as Greens should be. Simple and southern. We use a bit of vinegar too. Now if all the restaurants up north would use this recipe they would turn out some awesome collard greens for their patrons. Just as the review below says.... Just like my Mamma makes."

"I thought it was quite tasty. I like others, cut back on the oil.
I did not want the extra calories and I like the texture of it like this. I used leeks instead of garlic. I increased the lemon and added cilantro. Simple, easy, healthy and flavorful. Great along side eggs in the morning, nice snack and good with fish too. "
