The sformato was great, but I'm certain that there was an error in the sauce recipe. It was disastrous. Fontina will ot melt into milk. It just doesn't work. Mario's béchamel recipe yields 3 cups, and this recipe only called for 2. I am certain that if one uses the remaining cup of béchamel, thins it with the milk and then add the fontina, it woul"
