Reviewed Chocolate Sheet Cake

Oct 14, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

This cake is delicious and simple to make. I did the milk/vinegar thing for buttermilk. Very easy to do, I did this one on my lunch hour for later. The seasonings were excellent, I used a blue moon beer because that's what I had on hand, and was surprised it turned out so well. Might also want to add garlic next time, but this was wonderful without it."

Reviewed Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits

Jan 6, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Easy to make, delicious, everyone LOVED them. This might be my basic recipe for any kind of biscuits. Options for the future, add dry mustard, chives, omit cheese and add streusel chunks. These are easy and that good.
