Reviewed Turkey Tetrazzini

"Very Good. As far of turkey tetts go, I am used to a long pasta. This is a great alternative with the eggs noodles. I added a handful of peas and more seasoning, as others suggested. Also, I thought it was overkill with the chips - so I mixed panko and shredded Parmesan and topped with that. Turned out great!! Better the next day for sure!!""

Reviewed Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy

"Great recipe! I will say that I used chicken stock and milk for the gravy. Adds more flavor! I don't cover my steaks with foil afterwards (they get soggy) instead keep on a rack over a sheet pan in a 200 degree oven. It keeps the coating crispy until your ready to serve.
Overall, a great go to for a inexpensive cut of meat.
Definately serve with""

Reviewed Gina's Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta

"Really EASY and quick. Great weeknight meal. Most of the items I already had in the house. After making this many times, I still use a pound of pasta and a pound of shrimp but I make more sauce. As it cools a bit, the pasta can be coated and not pool at the bottom of the bowl. Make sure to toss before each serving""

One word - AMAZING!!
There are 3 teenage boys (4 including hubby) and me. There were not only no leftovers, but they were fighting over who got seconds and who went without. It's not like it was a small roa""

Reviewed Chocolate Raspberry Bars with White Chocolate and Almonds

"Great flavor....I love the combination of raspberry and chocolate! Easy and kid friendly too. My 12 year old makes this himself. We don't use nuts though, even though we love almonds, they juat didn't do anything for the dish."
