My Activity

Reviewed Mango-Chile-Lime Lassi

"This was delicious! I made this for my daughter and I to share. Since she doesn't like spice I dialed back the chili (but left some in) and added some mint instead. So good! Wanted to run out and get more mangos right away to make more! So refreshing and sweet! ""

Reviewed Cucumber-Lychee Gazpacho with Feta Crostini

Reviewed Spicy Sweet Potato Pancakes with Holiday Guacamole

"My family just made these for a holiday dinner and they were wonderful. Had to omit the chili powder b/c of the kids-but otherwise made them as directed. The sweet potatoes added a wonderful flavor as did the spices. The guacamole was the perfect compliment. It took longer than 10 minutes to cook them all, though so leave a bit of extra time

Reviewed Ginger Cranberry Sauce

"We made this recipe as directed and found it way too sour for us. We ended up adding sugar to off set the sour taste and once it was balanced to our taste, this turned into the most delicious cranberry sauce I have ever made. The ginger adds a wonderful flavor and the onions add texture as well as taste. I recommend making it as directed and tasting first since you might not mind the sourness as much - but we will be making this again next year for sure

Reviewed Sparkling Ginger Cider

"This was delicious. We made it w/o alcohol so the kids could have it too. It was a big hit. WE did let the ginger sit for longer than called for which infused the cider with a wonderful flavor.

Reviewed Mango Chutney, Prosciutto and Paneer "Pizza"

"we loved this recipe. We added extra tomato paste/mango chutney so they were very rich and saucy. Added caramelized onions ( did not have scallions) and left off the meat since I am vegetarian. Wonderful! Even my 10 year old ate it.
