This recipe is easy and yummy good. I could not resist eating the bark on the outside of the pork as I pulled it. You most likely won't be able to resist either. The sauce is good but not really my taste. Too much mustard for my liking but I am certainly not knocking it. I had leftover pork so I used it to make homemade Spring Rolls!

Ina has this recipe (adding vanilla) calling it Caramel Sauce. Ann Thornton calls it Creamy Caramel Sauce. I love it either way and have made it several times. You do have to watch it though as the recipe states because it will burn quickly.

It's funny when you stand over the sauce pan thinking, A watched pot never boils. You do have to watch it though as the recipe states because it will burn quickly.

I gave this a rating of five stars because it is creamy, tasty and easy to make. We loved it and we recommend it. My husband said it was the best mac and cheese he ever had. Since I love Parmesan Cheese when I saw Tyler make these I had to try them. They were very easy to make. I have to say they are incredible. My husband ate them with Hommus. I recommend these as an easy appetizer however make them ahead of time if you are having company. When I made mine the aroma filled the house for a long time. :)

Fantastic Ina. Had no problem making this as other reviewers did. I wish it had turned out right for them because it is awesome. I poured it over a bar recipe of mine that I make with a cake mix. I sprinkled butterscotch morsels over that. Oh the sweet was enough to make you weep. I really enjoy this caramel sauce and will go back to this recipe again...

Easy and yummy. My husband said he didn't need a bowl because he was going to drink the soup from the stove top! I told him I was going to melt cheese over it with french bread so he gave me back the ladle. Honestly, this was fantastic. No leftovers here!
