"Does anyone know what the shelf-life on this puppy is? AB doesn't mention it in the episode, and the only other info I get is the recipe itself which doesn't make sense to me given what's involved:
"store in air-tight container for 1 to 2 days"
Wouldn't AB mention something to this effect if it was so short-lived? Did he just put it in the little blurbs and I miss it due to not being able to read regular print?
