"This recipe is fantastic...period! I made them for Xmas dinner to pair with grilled lamb chops and garlic, sun dried tomato spinach and they were sublime. Everyone raved. Perfect balance of texture and flavor. I did not change the recipe at all.
For those who needed more cook time...buy a mandoline or v-slicer and calibrate your oven. For those who found it lacking in flavor... see your doctor.
Leftovers even reheat well in the microwave.
