Excellent relish filled with layers of flavor. Make sure you use the Grand Marnier.

Excellent and decadent. This will be the new way that we cook a ribeye. Watch the cooking time once you transfer to cast iron skillet. Suggest turning once in skillet.

This was wonnderful. I added a whole clove of garlic to the cream as it was cooking. It made quite a bit so I drizzled some over the tomato relish Bruchetta I had seved as an appetizer. Was a hit. "
