Reviewed Penne with Braised Short Ribs
"This was easy to make and very tasty. We don't eat pasta so I served it with spaghetti squash and roasted artichokes with garlic aioli. I'll definitely make this again! ""
Reviewed Roman-style Chicken
"This recipe is wonderful. So flavorful and easy too. Do yourself a favor and reduce the oil. I only used 2 tablespoons. Next time I'll probably omit the parsley just because I'm not a huge fan of that flavor but everything else was spot on. This would be great over pasta but it stands up on it's own. I served it with couscous and it went very well.
If you're only serving two, like me, I recommend just doing the thighs (since they're so much more tender than breasts but make all the sauce. You'll want it!"
