Reviewed Roman-style Chicken

“This recipe is wonderful. So flavorful and easy too. Do yourself a favor and reduce the oil. I only used 2 tablespoons. Next time I'll probably omit the parsley just because I'm not a huge fan of that flavor but everything else was spot on. This would be great over pasta but it stands up on it's own. I served it with couscous and it went very well.
