"OMG!!!! These are wonderful!!! I followed almost everything with the recipe with the exception of the sour cream and refried beans. Instead of sour cream, I used Mexican Crema which is not as tart or tangy as sour cream and since my family doesn't like beans, I omitted them...Other than that they were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!"
Reviewed Chicken Scallopine with Sage and Fontina Cheese
"My family thought it was absolutely delicious. The fontina cheese is a bit expensive but please DO NOT substitute for anything else. The smokiness and the overall taste is perfect for this dish!
