This is delicious! I soaked my urad dal 2 hrs, per the package instructions, before getting started. Measurements seem awry - 2 lbs of beans is a lot more than 3 C - but I used 4 C beans and reduced the salt to 1 tsp. Otherwise followed recipe and served atop basmati for lunch."
