"Made the sweet potato base the morning before and then just added the meringue on the day of--- delish! We ended up baking it for an additional 20 minutes. We all loved it!
Reviewed Whiskey-Glazed Sweet Potatoes
"THIS WAS AMAZING!!!! We cooked this for thanksgiving and had nothing but rave reviews from everyone! The tartness and crunch of the apples against the soft sweet potatoes was great. The glaze was so good I was dipping my roll into what was left on my plate. I would have gone back for seconds had we not polished them all off the first time around. Every year we look for a new/unique way to do sweet potatoes- not any more. This one is a keeper that will become a tradition on our table.
Reviewed Best Ever Green Bean Casserole
"We ran into the onion issue that many people talked about. Unfortunately we didn't read the comments first so we ended up with a green bean casserole topped with soft onions instead of crunchy. Next time I would dip the onion rings in buttermilk or an egg wash before the flour and panko.
