Reviewed cuban pulled pork tacos with guava glaze, sour orange red cabbage-jicama slaw and chipotle mayonnaise

We followed the recipe almost exactly; used guava puree rather than guava jelly (he said that was ok in the video). We marinated the pork over night and cooked it for 6 hours on a Big Green Egg. We now have a new go-to slow cooked pork recipe!
