My Activity
Reviewed Spicy Baked Chickpeas
"Luckily I read the reviews before trying this recipe. I rubbed off the skins of the chickpeas and added more spices to olive oil mixture: onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. I baked them for 45 minutes, shaking and adding more spices every 15 minutes. My first batch turned out perfect and crunchy, I'll definitely make this recipe again with spices I have on hand! "
Reviewed Portuguese-Style Fish Stew
"This recipe was fantastic and super easy to make! My grocery store was limited in the fish selection so I used cod. Like every recipe I make some modifications so on this one I used a cup of chicken broth and a splash of white wine instead of the water. I think this added more flavor to the dish. The only problem I had with this recipe was that the broth was so delicious it was one of the first things to go! Next time I will add more tomato juice and broth to make it more like a soup. "
Reviewed Pan-Fried Pork Chops and Blackberries
"Not only was this dish beatitful but it also tasted great! It was pretty easy to make and I already had most of the ingredients at my house. The only modification I did was doubling the amount of honey and thyme to add a little more sweetness and flavor. It's hard for me to find recipes that I like for pork chops so this one is definitely a keeper! "
