Not only was this dish beatitful but it also tasted great! It was pretty easy to make and I already had most of the ingredients at my house. The only modification I did was doubling the amount of honey and thyme to add a little more sweetness and flavor. It's hard for me to find recipes that I like for pork chops so this one is definitely a keeper!...
