"Just made the sweet potato nachos (from memory). My guess is that it is not posted, because the sweet potato chips just do not hold up, but the nachos had good flavor. Our chips became soggy after broiling them with the topping. Next time - and there will be a next time, I will make the meat mixture(ground beef, onion, garlic tomato paste, chilpotle peppers is what we used)in a broiler proof pan-(cast iron) then after the meat and seasoning is browned, top with cheese and broil until cheese is melted. As far as the sweet potato chip directions- do a search "sweet potoato chips". As the meat seasoning is hot/spicy you do not have to make spicy sweet potato chips for this recipe.
