Delicious!! Followed recipe exactly. Next time I will blend more of the beans into the broth to make a thicker broth. We like hearty soups."

This is the BEST roast chicken!! What I love most is the potatoes and veggies absorb the chicken juice and butter. And how can you beat a complete dinner in one pan? Ina's recipes never disappoint. Elegant dish"

This is my go to recipe for scalloped potatoes. I've tried them all. This by far is the BEST!!! The nutmeg really is key. For those reviewers who claim these were bland, you have not seasoned them enough. Remember potatoes require salt and you are also adding all that cream!! Hope this helps."

This soup was FANTASTIC!! I followed the recipe exactly. As with most new recipes I try, the prep gets faster the more often you make the dish. A little time consuming but worth it.
I took the advice from another review and poured the soup over pasta and topped it off with parmesan shavings. EXCELLENT! Great way to use up any leftovers...

I have tried many quiche recipes. This by far is my favorite. As with other recipes you can add a large variety of veggies and meats. But what makes this recipe stand above the rest is the texture of the egg custard. It is so light and moist. Love that you have the option to go crustless. This will be the only recipe I will use!!"

Very tasty. I'm Ukrainian and although there are many dfferent versions of borscht this one is very simmilar to my mom's. Of course you can strain it, cube the beets instead of shredding, sour cream on top or incorporated into the soup, but it's all about the flavor. A little dill is always a good addition!"

I have been making this soup for a little over a year now. It is requested so often in my family that it has inspired me to plant my own garden. What's growing in my garden you ask?? Tomatoes and basil!
