Great recipe for steak. I love the pungency of the blue cheese. It is enough to make the taste interesting and creamy but not overpowering. The butter makes the cheese even richer.

This was a very good recipe. The beauty of jambalaya is that it uses what you have on hand. So a lot of what I had in the refrigerator went into this dish. I did not have chicken stock. These were AMAZING! I used seasoned Italian breadcrumbs because thats what I had available, and mozzarella because I had no parm. The meatballs were rich, silky, and so flavorful. I did not want to cook them in the sauce so I cooked them in mini muffin tins for 20 minutes until they temped out. Very easy and worth the extra effort to make my own."
