"I have made this several times. My sister who thinks a taco should only be with ground meat has asked me to make it 3 times. I have found that when using a round roast if you cut it into chunks it will be a lot more tender. My first one was 1 chunk of meat and was hard to shred, i cut the meat into about 3 or 4 chunks now and it's fork tender."

"Wonderful!!!! The only change I made was I used regular Chili powder, I could not find Chipotle. Loved it. I agree I'm not crazy about the 1/2 orange/lime so i will just use the juice and not add the rine next time. "

"My family really likes this one. The only change I made was 1 1/2 cups wine and 1 1/2 cups beef broth. We eat the vegs. Once I slice the brisket I add it back to the sauce, keeps it moist. Great easy receipe!!!"
