"Followed the recipe as written except I used whole wheat flour and I mixed and kneaded by hand. (to 1st reviewer - perhaps they meant stand mixer instead of food processor?) I've made Tyler's pita's before and these are just as good. Not all puffed up as expected, but that could be that my yeast may be at the end of its time? All in all, very good and the agave syrup was a nice touch. I made them with the sides shown on the show and Guy's falafels. delicious meal."
