Reviewed Pork Chops Stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach
"This is very easy to make. The presentation makes it look like you spent hours cooking it. My husband, myself, and my 2 year old loves this recipe. I don't even use the lemon peel, and it is still extremely good. The goat cheese gives it a little bite and it is not over powering at all. I also use butterfly pork chops instead and just watch the filling closely. The gravy really tops it off, so if you have time try to make it. I also had to cook mine on Med-Low heat for extra time to get the pork chops done throughout. This is my favorite recipe, by far!
