Reviewed T-Bone Tom's Choice Steak Marinade

"Good marinade, but quantity was off for me. The volume of marinade, even when halving the recipe was way too much. If you marinate your meat in zip-lock bags, then 1/4 the recipe (I will next time). The quantity specified here is probably fine if you marinate in pyrex baking dishes however...."

Reviewed Garlic, Lemon, and Herb Rubbed Legs

"I use this all the time. Kids love it. I hate drumsticks and I love it too. I like 1.5-2 hours on the BBQ with indirect heat. I used a drip pan under the legs as they are greasy. THe last 5-10 min I put the burners on under the legs to give them a nice crisp. (I have a 4 burner grill. Outside burners for indirect heat, all 4 on for final 10"
