Good marinade, but quantity was off for me. The volume of marinade, even when halving the recipe was way too much. If you marinate your meat in zip-lock bags, then 1/4 the recipe (I will next time). The quantity specified here is probably fine if you marinate in pyrex baking dishes however...."

Reviewed Garlic, Lemon, and Herb Rubbed Legs

I use this all the time. Kids love it. I hate drumsticks and I love it too. I like 1.5-2 hours on the BBQ with indirect heat. I used a drip pan under the legs as they are greasy. THe last 5-10 min I put the burners on under the legs to give them a nice crisp. (I have a 4 burner grill. Outside burners for indirect heat, all 4 on for final 10"
