Reviewed Grilled Lamb Chops

I have to toss another 5 stars into the reviews. That was so easy and the chops tasted so good. I added a few more seconds to my cook time, as my chops were over an inch thick and they came out perfectly medium-rare. I will be watching for lamb sales from now on!

I just happened to catch a rerun of this episode - so glad I did!! I LOVE mole and have been hesitant to try to make it, but this looked so doable. It was easy and soooo good!
