Reviewed Crispy Herb Crusted Halibut with Curly Celery and Haricots Verts
"I made the fish last for my husband and me using cod instead of halibut. It was quite easy to prepare and cooks beautifully. However, both of us thought the flavor of the crust overwhelmed the fish. I'll definitely try it again, but maybe with canola rather than olive oil, or maybe with less herbs or substitute herbs. We couldn't pinpoint the strong flavor. The texture was excellent!"
