"Just finished eating this wonderful sandwich and it was fantastic! Recently had a trip to the farmers market so I was lucky enough to have the "early girl" tomatoes sitting in my fridge and that just completely made this sandwich over the top for me. Really awesome play on the nicoise salad which is the only way I have enjoyed these ingredients together in the past. I will definitely be making this sandwich again! Great recipe....

"It was really easy to make, comforting, and super tasty. I sauteed the shrimp with garlic and onion before adding it to the casserole because I thought it would give the shrimp more flavor. My family loved it and I will definitely make it again!
