Reviewed Cuban Pork Chops with Mojo
"Theeeeee BEST!!! I have been using a variation of this for bistec palomilla (thin top round steaks) without the vinegar. The vinegar in the marinade for the pork chops ws fantastic. Mde the tender. I used sherry instead of wine. Served wth black beans, rice, and sweet plantains. Easy n great."
