WARNING - I made this for lunch anticipating leftovers for tomorrow and there will be no leftovers. I can't stop eating it - even without the pita and cheese. I DID make one change -- I didn't have any bulgur wheat and used quinoa instead. "

Reviewed Couscous-Stuffed Peppers with Basil Sauce

Delicious! I made a few changes based on items I had on hand.
- Instead of couscous I used quinoa but prepared it the same as the couscous instructions.
- I used dried cranberries instead of currants.
- And instead of the creme fraiche I used half sour cream, half 2% greek yogurt - I had to add a little more water...
