Reviewed Black-Eyed Peas Pulao
"Excellent side dish. I live way out in the country and can't run to the store for the exact ingredients in a recipe, so I do a lot of adapting. About Me
I work as a health and safety engineer and raise natural fed beef cattle. We live in the country about 80 miles from the nearest full-service grocery store, so I have to adapt a lot of recipes for what I have on hand. We usually have a pretty good vegetable garden along with wild game, beef and fish, but very little chicken. I love to cook, especially from scratch.
