About Me

I'm a frustrated country girl stuck in an urban setting but I've come to terms with that.  I will make it back some day.  Untill then I will just have to cool my pies on racks on my counter instead of my window sill.  When it comes to making pies I can't control myself.  A primal urge comes over me and I am forced to bake in massive quantities.  It is a good thing that I have a lot of friends and family to help me eat them because at the end of the day I can have as many as fifteen pies on various surfaces around my house.  I once made twelve dozen donuts because it sounded like fun...and it was.  How do you choose just one recipe out of all of the recipes out there?  I've come up with a simple solution to that.  You don't.  Make as many as your flour will allow you to.
