"We loved this recipe. Using the slow cooker was very convenient and also made it easier for it to come together at the same time as the pork chops. This polenta was so yummy that we decided to use it regularly as a supstitute for potatoes or rice. The only problem we had at all was that we thought the recipe was not big enough for 4 people and the two of us split it and had a generous portion...and wanted more! Thank you, Melissa.
