Loved it. Quick, delicious and easy. Put pasta on to boil first - rotini and pesto. Great match. Will definitely make again.

Muffins came out fine. Not extremely sweet. Not amazingly wonderful either - just good. Will try them tomorrow with the vanilla butter and see how they taste. For the other reviewer - the milk and buttermilk were 2 different measurements(1/2 cup and 1 cup respectively) and it is supposed to make 48 mini muffins."

This is the second year I've made this for Christmas dinner to go with our prime rib. It is delicious. My teenage niece, who is skinny as a rail and doesn't eat much of anything, went back for seconds and took some more home so she could eat it again later. We love it! Great for potato cakes the next day. TASTY!""

Combined the water and sugar but also added about 1 TBSP of light corn syrup before I turned on the heat. No crystalization at all. Getting it to the right temperature definitely takes longer than 5 -7 minutes. Was closer to 15 or 20 for me. But it was fabulous. I will definitely NEVER buy caramel sauce from the store again. Yummy.""

Reviewed Orzo with Smokey Tomato Vinaigrette

Very good. Very easy. Next time would add a touch less salt. Its definitely a keeper. Fantastic with grilled steak. For those that can't find smoked salt, I found it at Whole Foods and at Williams Sonoma. It's a little pricier, but a little goes a loooooong way. "
