Rated because it's required and I do think it will be tasty. I have questions though. Could the sauce be made ahead except for sprinkling on the fresh herbs? Or at least to the point of adding the broth and or cream? Do you think a lighter option than heavy cream as the "cream" part would work?

If no one answers I think I'll...

It took a few bites to adjust expectations away from Southwestern flavors and towards Italian flavors. Once we did that, we found the dish to be a delicious and lite lasagna without all the fatty cheeses. I liked someone's idea of using mushrooms instead of beans. Veggie burger crumbles would be good for yet a different lite lasagna. I might tr"

Incredible! Anyone, even a meat eater, who loves pot pie will love this vegetarian recipe, in my opinion. We just had it for dinner. I think the combination of vegetables in the original recipe works very well. "

I've made this recipe several times. It's easy and yet passes as a special dish. I didn't really like the strong smokey flavor of the smoked mozzarella, so I usually use provolone. Sometimes I layer it so that there are two layers of the cheeses--especially when I double the recipe for a group. I'd have given 5 stars instead of 4 if it hadn't h"

Served this at a shower and it was a big hit! This is a very refreshing punch. I don't like the creamy punches like those made with sherbet. I used a punch bowl and had to mix up a second batch. We had about 12 in attendance, so clearly everyone actually drank it and didn't just say it was good. "
