Loved this! Super easy. I actually used left over roast chicken - which I probably woulnd't do again as the chicken almost disappeared... - but flavors were great. I did add a little chopped garlic, but all else by the book. Will definitely make again.""

Reviewed Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze

These are excellent! They are moist yet still with that wonderful scone texture. So often scones are dry and these are anything but.

I did not have the ingredients for the glaze so made without and still great. If doing again without the glaze I might sprinkle sugar on top after brushing with cream - just for a little extra ...
