"This was a great recipe! I am usually not a fan of eggplant but decided to try this out. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out great. The only change I made was plain nonfat yogurt instead of Greek yogurt. Very creamy, it can be used as a dip or eaten with some pita bread.""
